i puy my rate up high to get more sales but hasnt helped at all and now i cant get to it to lower it back down.didnt sell anything for that month.thanks.

Hi Sammy97,
Sorry to hear that you’re having troubles moving back down to a lower Advertising level on your Broadcaster. You can get back to that page by clicking “Selling” so you’re taken to your Selling Dashboard. Click the “Advertising” button and then “Broadcaster”. There you can select which level you would like to be on. Like Tom said, make sure you click the Save Changes button to make sure that you were moved down.

After changing the advertising rate, make sure that you click on the green SAVE CHANGES button at the top right side of the page.
