how can i lookup a seller by ther booth name?

Normally, You should find Your booth the way Tom presented.
But, for some reason, although Your items within Your shop and in the Bonanza main search box are searchable, Your booth name doesn’t appear.
Contact B. support, so they can clarify it (or maybe Bonanzawanda will give You an answer in this post).

There has been here a shop Cloze_Loft and in the beginning it has been searchable with the “_”, but not as Cloze Loft or ClozeLoft , so actually, Your shop should be searchable, but it’s not, no matter, if I put “_” or not.

Go to the " Search" field at the top of any Bonanza page and enter the seller’s name or their Booth name. Their name should show up in a dropdown menu as you enter more characters into the search field. You can also use that search field to look up products.
