Listing items

It was my understanding that when I uploaded my listings from e-bay that they would stay in my booth. Well when they ended on ebay they where taken down off my booth. What do I need to do to keep them in my booth. Thanks KRC

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi @krcclev,

Sorry for the confusion. As @tomwayne1 mentioned, when you keep your booth in sync with your eBay store, listings will be removed from Bonanza when they are no longer available on eBay. If you wish to turn off the automatic sync, point your mouse over the “Selling” link in the upper left-hand corner of any page and select “Import from eBay” from the drop down, then click the link to “Cancel automatic inventory synchronizing” in the eBay sync info box.

Hope that helps!

You must have left synchronization turned on when you imported your eBay items. This means that items from one site will be removed when items sell on the other site. That setting can be turned off when importing items from eBay.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
