These figures look like legos but are rounded. Any information on these figures would be helpful.

I think they are Playmobil or a similar type of toy styled in the Lego fashion, without the interlocking features of Lego. You might get a magnifying glass, if you haven’t already, and see if there is a name on them somewhere. From the date on the one figure, I’d say a fast food premium for Kidsmeals.
