I am trying to figure out the hoops folks have to jump through in order to leave feedback. One person who is a friend said she was in the process of ordering when she got to the bonanza page that wanted more information about her and a sort of fact sheet on herself she was asked to fill out. Another person left feedback but I got an email saying I had to approve it. I am new but have been an amazon seller for many years and this is vastly different from leaving honest, quick feedback. Why does bonanza do this? It seems it would greatly cut down on the feedback received.

I do not understand why they are having trouble…should just be able to go to the fb page and select number of stars and fill in their comments without any trouble…
Never have had to “approve feedback”
[URL removed] However, I just checked your profile page and you have an endorsement…this is not feedback and endorsements do have to be approved by the seller for it to be visible. The person leaving the endorsement does not have any feed back at this time, in case you meant to leave them fb for the purchase
as for the buyer filling out the fact sheet..
If the buyer decided to join/have account then, information would be necessary. If just buying..address and payment information would have to be entered.
Originally feed back was not a big issue here, intentionally set up that way…and most were glad to get away from the system…The system in place now is there for those who want to use it… left ebay almost 10 years ago to come here, never went back and have never bothered my customers for feedback since

Well I just id not want 5 empty stars. The person trying to leave feedback ended up just leaving an endorsement.
But I did find a support page that indicated that the buyer must have a bonanza account to leave feedback. So that is not a very good policy in my opinion. But thanks for helping.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
