Items that have sold on ebay are still showing available on bonanza and keep selling. help!

I have my bonanza account synced with ebay, and have it set to end items on bonanaza after they have sold on ebay, but they aren’t. I keep selling items on bonanza that have already sold on ebay! It’s very frustrating because I appear to have the correct settings but it’s not removing these sold items.

I had the same problem a long time ago. I found it easier to unsync (is that a word? lol) the accounts & remove the sold items myself. It sounds like more work but it is easier than haveing to refund payments & apologizing to my customers.

I am having the same problem. I trusted Bonanza to sync properly; it usually appears to. But tonight I just “sold” an item that was sold on eBay a few months ago. I, too, will go back to manual adjustments.

Had the same problem and could not get it solved so I unsynced and when I sell elsewhere I have to quickly come to Bonanza and put items on reserved until my outside transaction is solid. I usually wait 30 days due to possible returns before I actually delete reserved items on Bonanza.
It is too stressful to worry about bad syncing with the importer and having to check and correct items constantly.
