I am a brand new Seller(0 FB)and have 6 items listed in my Booth so far, but only 3 show up under Reports Item Stats.
Is there any way to see stats for all my listed Items?

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hello lg418,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion. It sounds like you are looking at your item views. The item view stats will only show for items which have actually been viewed over the last 30-60 days (depending on your view settings). If your listings have not received any views during that time, then they will not show in the Item View Counts at the bottom of the page. You can confirm the number of items in your booth in the Booth Item Stats section located under the graph (Currently for [URL removed] 6 items).

Hope that helps to clarify. If you have any other questions about your booth or statistics, please let us know at our support department, where we have the tools to review your account and offer additional [URL removed]

I see your 6 items , your items should be showing under stats ,

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
