Hi,
I have a small booth of computer parts and have been getting good views everydays and few sales as well, average daily views were in range of 75-80.
Now since 2 days I have activated turbo on my booth to experiment the result and it was indeed good, I got views over 120 yesterday and 3 sales, few of my product were at top in search at google shopping (thanks to atractive pricing as well as Turbo) But today they are nowhere to be found, I dont know what has happend got just 10 views and even google shopping feed is saying 7 items uploaded but when I checked the google feed email I found just 4 of my product are being pushed to Google shopping and left out were my main selling items, Now my turbo will probably end within few days (weekend) and will not be able to find the true result that Turbo was suppose to show. Have emailed support around 8 hours back but as usual expecting a reply before monday is too much to ask for.
Feeling clueless as to what might have gone wrong with active listings? Also I noticed that on Item stats page those Missing item on sales as well as number of veiws are not being displayed. Seems like a bug in the site.
Anybody experienced anything like this before?
also there is no error shown in listing when checked on advertisment page.

Hello @SumanK1,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the trouble with your feed. We had a look at your account and confirm that your Google feed is currently active. Google will only publish active listings from your Bonanza booth to Google Shopping, and will skip over any duplicate listings. We had a look at your booth and see that you currently have 7 active items, 1 of which is a duplicate to another listing. Your feed currently has your 6 active and unique listings published to Google Shopping for buyers to [URL removed]

Google will give higher bids to sellers with a high number of listings in their booth and to listings which have all required traits filled out. We recommend taking a look at our help page outlining ways to maximize your items’ visibility on feed partners to be exposed to more [URL removed]

Hope that helps. If you continue to run into issues with your feed, let us know at our support department and we’ll be happy to take a closer look.
