I’m hoping this is a temporary problem.
I’ve been trying to edit items, reduce prices, export some to eBay, change the order of some items.
I hit the update (on both the item page as well as in the Add/Edit items) and nothing happens.
I’ve opened the same two New Messages this morning, and yet every screen/tab I open says I still have two new messages.
I sent a note to support, but was hoping someone here might be able to shed some light on this.
Thanks!

Yesterday I tried to use B. text editing in the batch (the “Replace this text in selected items’ descriptions” option) and, unfortunately, it didn’t work.
Plus my problem with sending a message to the [URL removed]
[URL removed]
Other options (duplication, adding new item, etc.) were OK.
Today (a few minutes ago) I wanted to list new items, I duplicate the listing and it appeared on the batch editor list, but when I tried to edit it… it was not possible, the duplicated listing was not there, just the page with some sponsored listings (with the same subject, theme) and warning [URL removed]
“That item could not be found. We’ve searched our inventory for similar items below.”
As you said, let’s hope that this is a temporary problem.

Yes, I’m trying to EDIT an item in my booth and the edit will not ‘take’. I hope this gets cleared up soon.

I didn’t realize there were any issues either. It appears that the Batch Editor isn’t working right – it gets changed there, but doesn’t seem to be updating online.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
