Hi WatchesFromPast,
Thanks for reaching out to our community, and to ccmom who always has great answers!
Etsy does not have categories that will import, so when your items get here you will need to assign them a category before they can go live in your booth. The category is important for buyers and Google Shopping to find your items!
Point to Selling at the top left of the page and click on Batch Edit. You can add categories in bulk. Since you just sell watches, select all from the list and use the category selector in the tool box. Jewelry & Watches >> Watches >> Wristwatches >>
Apply Changes. That’s it! You’ve got categories!
IF you need any help with this we are always available at [email protected]. Thanks for asking about categories!

Go to Add/Edit
Make sure your items are ready to go live (there will be a pale green dot next to it).
Upper right corner should be a button that [URL removed]
Activate Booth
Click on it
If there are any listings not ready, they will have the yellow dot in the Add/Edit screen, mouse over the listing,
Click on Edit
there will be a box at the top telling you what is missing
Fix it
Then scroll to bottom
Save
Then click on the button at top (which after the booth is activated) will say Update Booth
If the booth does not activate, it may need review (contact support) to see what the issue may be
Welcome and good luck

See if your booth has a button called Update Now or something similar to that.
GOOD LUCK

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
