I know feedback can be imported from ebay. But is it possible to import feedback from Etsy? And if so, could someone point me in the right direction? I know it is important for buyer confidence and is displayed in our profile.
Thanks,
Marge

Hi Marge
I believe we can still only import f/b from eBay. Perhaps on your profile page you could state something to the effect that you have been selling online for xx years and you have xx f/b at Etsy 100% (or whatever the numbers are). Maybe you could link to it, or give your user name on Etsy so someone can check if they want.
It won’t be in your f/b number, but at least the info will be available to people looking.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
