I make Victorian hats and accessories. I am thinking of selling here if it would do well.

If you list them they will come…
Just list what you have and promote your items best you can.
You’ve heard the cliche` ‘’he who hesitates is lost’’ there’s a bit of Truth in most cliches, for sure! I encourage you not to even hesitate to list here in Bonanza, those same items!
BTWay, I have a lady who bought almost all my ‘’old fashioned looking’’ fabrics, because that IS exactly what she does, she makes Victorian costumes, accessories, reproduction or Civil War clothing, etc., too for women. She sells them online and offline, so there simply MUST be a market ‘’out there’’ ~ thus I repeat if you list them, they will come and buy! Wishing you all the Very Best!

Well, you have nothing to lose listing here :) You don’t pay a fee unless it sells so I would definitely give it a try! Good luck!

It really depends on what you make, how well they are made and if there is a demand for them. I have been making handmade rosaries since 2003. Handmade unique rosaries are usually preferred to mass produced ones.
I have recently started making pet toys, blankets and jewelry (for pets’ 2 legged caretakers). I’ve yet to sell any, but have had some great reviews.
I would give it a shot; you never know what people will be interested in.

I would think it depends on the quality of your hats and their authenticity as Victorian repros—great market for re-inactment clothing and theater costuming.

I’m anxiously awaiting to see your listings, I love hats, but the problem I run into, made and sold in store hats are ofter just too big for me. Do you customize the head size?

I can’t wait to see your hats. I made Big elaborate hats for a number my group did last year. it was “Calender Girls” and making those hats and props for each month of the year was so much fun!!! At the end of the show a person actually came up to me and purchased all my hats and props.
In my community we have Victorian Days and there are alot of reactment people.Everyone is dressed in Victorian attire. Its wonderful. So Go for it!!!! and look me up when you list them I’d love to see them.
Also If you ever need help let me know.
