Hello!
I have a customer who let us know that an item we sold here and shipped to her, arrived damaged. We want to send her a replacement for the item, but I have looked all over and can’t figure out a way to recalculate the package and print a new shipping label. I am packing it a little differently, so the label will not simply be a re-print of the previous label.
Can somebody advise me as to how to do this?
Thank you and kind regards,
Barbara of LuLu’s Fancy

Hello again!
I ended up finding a way to create a new shipping label using PayPal, instead of Bonanza, and didn’t do it through the original sale at all.
However, it would have been nice to have a link included right with my sale, that was specifically for situations like this, where an item needs to be replaced with a second shipment for the same sale.
Thanks again!
Kind regards,
Barbara

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
