How long would it take to activate my booth?

I added a few items to my booth three days ago, but the message “Your booth is awaiting review by our team, it should be activated within the next 72 hours” is still showing. How long would it takes normally? Or did I miss something?

Hello,

I would suggest you to upload some seller feedback from other marketplaces such as eBay or Amazon, which will help you have your Booth activated.

Otherwise, the process can take a few days without any ratings or sales history, depending on the kind of products you wish to sell, such as expensive items or designer brands.

Some of my friends never managed to have their Booths approved without feedback.

go to the Add/Edit screen

Check to see if the big green button says Activate Booth or Update Booth

if it says Activate, click on it and see if your items go live (ie look at your booth)

Your booth actually is activated, since I can see it and has 0 items. (I would not be able to see this if your booth was not active)

So

Go to Add/Edit
Check Item Status

Should say something like [URL removed]

All items (77)
Items for sale (73) these are the active item
Items ready to post (0) these are items that are complete click on update/activate
Incomplete items (3) there is something missing and will need to be edited Update
Reserved items (1) these you do not live

IF the items you imported have all the necessary information then they will be [URL removed]

Items ready to post so click on the big green button that says either Activate Booth or Update your booth it says Activate if the booth has not been activated and says update then it has been activated

If says Incomplete items then you will have to Edit (either individually or in batch edit) for the missing information. (what is needed us indicated in the edit)

IF it says Reserved

Go to Batch Edit
Item Basic
Set Status
Select the items
Click on Green button that says Apply Changes
