I have an order that is no longer valid. How do I cancel it or remove it from my “recent sales”? Any ideas?

Candy, if paid for and refunded you request a refund on your fees from support and it will be removed from recent sales. You can relist while you are waiting for support to credit you. Click my booth, fees, and request a refund on a transaction.

I have the same question. I have had 2 people ask to cancel their orders and i have sent them a refund but i think Bonanza still charges me the percent fees and i have mine set fairly high percentage so i can get views. Please help and let me know how to cancel an order so i don’t get charged the fees.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
