How do i void a shipping label that did not print correctly ?

I would like to be refunded for the shipping fee i was charged.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Sorry that the shipping label did not print properly for you. Most of the time you can adjust your printing properties to correct the trouble If you visit the transaction in question you can click on the “View shipping label” link and reprint it.

Voiding a shipping label is something that support needs to do so in that case we would recommend that you use the "Contact"link on the bottom of any Bonanza page. We have went ahead and voided this shipping label for you. Let us know if you need anything else.

I needed to void a shipping label too but there’s no way to do it. I didn’t know we could print labels off of PayPal. Thanks!

I did not know Bonanza had shipping but If you did on paypal click on the item & at the bottom it says void shipping label. Your time is limited. If from USPS go into your account & view shipping labels & it has a place to void.
