Alrighty, so I’ve created a bunch of my own custom categories. However can’t figure out how to move my items into them. Don’t see an option in the Batch Edit.
So here I’m stuck. Any suggestions are welcome.

Go to Selling, scroll down to Booth settings and select Categories & Sorting, then choose the method to sort by.
Automatically — We’ll try to match your item’s title to one of your category names. If we can’t find a match, your item will only be displayed when a shopper views “All Items” in your booth.OR
Manual — You can choose categories for your items using the Batch Item Editor. Items that you don’t put into categories will only be displayed when a shopper views “All Items” in your booth.
I use automatic and make sure that the listing has the name of the category somewhere in the description.

I think you might need a paid membership to do that – right now I’m free member and I can’t get that to work, either. Hopefully a paid member will be along to confirm or clarify on that.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
