I have an old account here, which has been inactive for 4 years. I see there are a LOT of changes since I was here, too. For one thing it is easier to setup a new account t which I had started, then it says my email address already exists. So, I thought, HMMM, could I log in to my old account, which I thought I had cancelled? Sure enough, I was able to log in and give an updated password, and voila, there is my account, on ‘Vacation’! I was able to import my ebay listings, and make a few changes here and there, but I can’t figure out how to import my latest feedback. Also, when I tried to update my profile, etc. it says I must connect my Amazon Pay account. I haven’t used Amazon since about the time I ‘cancelled’ my Bonanza account. Is that the ONLY way we can get paid? I would have expected to be able to use PayPal, by now. Either that or direct deposit into my checking account. When I tried finding these answers in the Help screens, there was nothing about them. When I was active on Bonz I was very happy with how easy it was to find things and now it seems to have become a lot harder. I am ready to flip my booth back to Active, and start adding listings, but I have to solve these problems first. Does anyone know how I can get these answers?
Thank you.

If I may suggest, to find some answers more easily, bookmark this page https://www.bonanza.com/site_help/knowledge_base (or use the link provided at the top left of each B. [URL removed] Help → Visit the help center) and use the second box search (the one placed on the photo).

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
