I don’t want to cancel my membership. But I DO want to change plans. The only option I see on my membership page is the option to either upgrade or cancel. TIA

I believe you have to cancel the membership then re-up membership into the plan that you prefer and then request a credit from support. It use to be that you could pay month-to-month. I went back and forth between membership levels depending on the time of the year. Now, renewal is automatic at the level you opted into. Recommend that you contact support and have them make the change on their end.
