so I have a customer that says I sent her a ‘travel size’ Clinique face cream. The listing and the item details literally spelled out the exact size, the photo was of the exact item. I mean $12.50 with free shipping for a full size Clinique cream worth $50? what was she thinking…. but that’s beside the point. I wish people would just READ. I want to send her a screenshot so that she sees that she apparently missed when buying. is there no way to do this?

To send a picture in bonz bmail is not easy
to send in bonz mail is same as posting in forums
You will need to obtain the URL of the photo, post the URL between exclamation points…(you can do this on computer using google by right clicking and choosing copy image address..other browsers have slightly different wording..or whatever method you use on mobile device) or open image and copy the image address (url)
example
this is the url of your avatar here in the forum
[URL removed]
put an ! before the url and after the url ! without spaces
![URL removed]
You do have the person’s email, if they purchased through paypal or stripe and it would probably be easier to send the photo as attachment through their email…
other option is to send a link to the listing or the photo

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
