How can I have over 750 item views and not sell a thing, it’s very disappointing, Is it because I come from Australia and they don’t like dealing with me?
I have lovely jewelry items at low prices, but loosing my incentive to list more, what’s the point?
Have looked at the different way’s to up advertising, but I can’t afford the big cost.
Is there an answer?

How do I set up shipping, I do have it under my descriptions, obviously that is not good enough.
ccmom, I have no idea what your talking about, I do have a facebook account, rarely go on there and no nothing about a business page or pinterest?
I love Bonanza and really want to stay here, I just need a push in the right direction, have a little patience, I am a young 68 … LOL
Been selling on line for over 8 years, with over 14,000 feedback at 99%,but I have never had to venture beyond a site to sell before, never to old to learn though…

Bonanza depends heavily upon social media and google shopping…
You have to work to get your name “out there” unlike ebay/Amazon which are pretty much household words…it is more work here.
You have only been here 2 weeks….barely enough time for buyers to actually find your items especially if you have not opted for one the Google Product search (GPS) options. Many were here for several months before their sales started… Do you tweet your items? Do you have a facebook business page and post your items? Do you have a pinterest board…pinning your items.
Go under Advertize your items and click on the 6 or 9 percent to get your items in GPS (the max you will pay if the item sells)…when google went to paying for listings a lot of people saw a drop in their sales.
Bonanza is like having a store and you have to let folks know where your store is…it is more time consuming and takes longer to build.

Try to optimize your titles. Characters can mess up internet searches, I would suggest not using the brackets in your titles. Signing up for Google advertising may help. You only pay when your item sells. Jewelry can be hard to sell, just because there is so much of it out there.

try to incorporate shipping into the price and offer it as “free shipping”. You could then give discounts for more than one item purchased by one person

Belle, my wife and I are in our 60s, I am 69 and my wife is…well, she is younger than me. It takes a little while. Make good descriptions, if able, use descriptive titles and you will see sales. Granted, it has been slow for many of us, but be positive and keep adding stuff. We didn’t sell anything for a good while when we first started but then the sales started coming. Mark gave you good advice, which should help. We are still post-Christmas, so people may not buy unless it is necessary or you are such a good description writer that they just couldn’t resist. ;)
