My guess in a nutshell… NO for the majority of individual sellers. Especially those don’t have a “regular” business setup with a DBA, tax filings, etc. Any payments might go to businesses that have employees and they would be taken care of first. Small businesses might also qualify for loans at low interest rates. Think of it like a bailout… companies get bailouts to keep them afloat during rough times. If you are an individual person, you would probably be taken care of with the cash payments to individuals.

If you are a current registered corporation. Meaning llc, C or S corp owned by 1 person or more you will be taken care of by this stimulus. I am uncertain though if Sole Proprietorship falls into this category as with that there is no legal distinction between the owner & the business entity. Great question AlfredB100. Thanks for asking it!
