Help in des moines/marshalltown/ames iowa

I am looking for someone in the Des Moines/Marshalltown/Ames area to help me get my booth set up. I am running into problems at every turn…I’m not exactly tech saavy but the problems I am having seem small but prevent me from an offocial upstart. I am losing money as I fail to get it up and running. Just want to get it up and running once and for all! I am willing to compensate you for your time. Please let me know…

Hi @PamM101,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the trouble getting started on Bonanza. It looks like you’ve set up your account and added some items for sale. The next step is to complete activating your booth so that your listings are published for sale on Bonanza. You can activate your booth by pointing your mouse over the “My Booth” link in the upper left-hand corner of any page and selecting “Add or edit items” from the drop down. Click the green button to activate your booth and fill in the required fields to post your items online. Here’s a direct link to your add/edit items [URL removed]

Advice…cancel the gold membership and go with a free booth until you learn the ropes and get things up and running……

there are many here that will help…but need details as to the problems…

Agree with ccmom.
And she’s a veritable fountain of info and help when detailed questions are put forth.

It takes a while for google to show your items after you sign up for the advertising, and lots of work to direct traffic here thru other venues.

This site isn’t a destination site yet, like Amazon & Ebay are.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
