Has your obo option changed too?

After tests with slashed prices I’ve noticed a change with OBO on the listings (I haven’t checked all of them yet).

Before, under the price box, there was the second one with a minimum price that could be accepted automatically (if the OBO option was on) – I don’t see it anymore and my min. prices have disappeared.

Do you have the same change?

It does not appear that you have your OBO activated…It is under Payments and Purchases……Allow shoppers to negotiate and make offers (OBO)

Suggestion, since the box disappears if this is not activated…My OBO box is still there

I still have the accept min. price box under the regular box on my OBO. But then again, i still have the slashed thru prices on some of mine also, so i dont know if my booth is not current on changes or what.

ccmom, one of the items is this “NEIMAN MARCUS Rickie Freeman Teri Jon Gold Skirt 12” If you dont mind, please check that one for me. I believe that in addition to a few others is still slashed.

Yes, misskeech, I can also see slashed prices on some of Your listings.

“It does not appear that you have your OBO activated…”

Of course I have my OBO activated!
I’ve added OBO to some of my listings, not to all of them, so maybe You’ve just checked one without this option.

But minimum price box is not in the edited [URL removed]

It can mean that B. doesn’t make some changes to all accounts at the same time, just tests them gradually.

Sorry for the mix up…

“The question is, since it was apparently on before, why is it not now????”

If the box is not there and all the correct settings are in place…then you need to contact support.

Here is screenshot of where to turn OBO on/off

I told You it’s “on”=“marked yes”! (how could You otherwise see the OBO next to the price on the above listing!?). “The question is, since it was apparently on before, why is it not now????” – Yes, that’s the correct question You’ve asked!

ArtistsUnion says: September 03, 2015

I understand tests, but when my minimum prices have just disappeared, I’ve decided to ask others to see their listings (maybe I’ve missed some prior announcement about it…).

ccmom, thank You. I believe we both have great understanding between us by now.
