hi! I have been slowly making sales here so I thought I would sign up for a 55.00 a month plan. They just took 660.00 out of my bank. Is there a number I can call to stop this. Please? That’s not what I signed up for.

Oopsie @Carolina_Craftworks :) We have just issued a full refund back to your credit card. What happened is when you signed up for the free trial, you selected the yearly plan, which gives you the free month on the 13th month. Now that we have cleared the yearly membership and refunded it, you can go back to your memberships page, [URL removed] and in the upper left hand corner of the page, switch the toggle from yearly (default) to monthly and sign up again. Signing up for the monthly billing will give you the free trial in the first month (vs the 13th month of a yearly billing).

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
