I am moving my items into Bonanza from Ebay and have a question about shipping.
Ebay requires a tracking number when a product is shipped. The only way to do this is to use the USPS 1st Class package where a tracking number is automatically created.
Up to 3 ounces (US only), the cost is $1.64. Before Ebay required this, I used to ship my smaller items for free, that is, shipping charges to the customers was free, now I have to charge them.
In Bonanza, do I need a tracking number OR can I sell items with free shipping (USA only) where I do not have to provide a tracking number? It’s ridiculous to charge a customer $2.50 for a sticker when I could send it to them for 46 cents.
Do I need a tracking number?

3 ounces with online printing of label at paypal is $1.69 (which is 5 cents more than it used to be) and you get tracking.
However, bonanza does not require you to use the tracking, but if there is a problem without proof of delivery, you probably will loose any dispute…
When you send the item, simply marked as shipped…and then make note in the note box that you do not have tracking

You can offer free shipping.
After shipping, I would mark that item shipped with tracking [URL removed] First Class Mail
I have done this with Post Cards that I have send through the mail and the weight and packaging wasn’t First Class package that you would get a tracking number for when printing out a label.

Hi, Fred. Here on Bonanza, you are encouraged to notify your buyer that you shipped the item; however, the tracking number is optional. You can rock that 46 cent postage all day – every day :)

Hello, I want to also ask a question related to free shipping. I placed my order Michael Kors MK5774 Watch for my brother. I remembered the delivery time mentioned within 10 days but 8 days gone I didn’t receive my parcel. There is one thing more! I got a free shipping offer of Bonanza via ClothingRIC [URL removed] so! is there late shipping due to I availed a free shipping offer?
