Empty booth

I set up a Bonanza booth yesterday and got a message confirming that my csv import was successful. Problem is, nothing shows up in my booth. Contacted B support but just got a generic response. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Go to Add/Edit
Check Item Status

All items (77)
Items for sale (73)
Items ready to post (0)
Incomplete items (3)
Reserved items (1)

IF the items you imported have all the necessary information then they will be under

Items ready to post if so click on the big green button that says either Activate Booth or Update your booth it says Activate if the booth has not been activated and says update after any changes have been made

If says Incomplete items then you will have to Edit (either individually or in batch edit) for the missing information. (what is needed us indicated in the edit)

IF it says Reserved

Go to Batch Edit
Item Basic
Set Status
Select the items
Click on Green button that says Apply Changes

Thanks so much. I guess I will have to add them individually since I have so much variety. The only category I can use seems to be “other” under Baby Gear. I would like to use accessories. Oh well trial and error. Thanks again for taking the time to help me.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
