Editing an item

So I can’t seem to edit, either individually or as a group. If I click on add/edit, it brings to a page where I can add an item, but when I hover my mouse over any items already listed, nothing happens. Normally, I would expect to find three [URL removed] edit, duplicate or delete. All I have is a link to the active listing. If I try to batch edit, the box that comes up at the top of the page which should show specifics from item specifics, shipping, item details, etc. remains blank regardless of which button I highlight. Anyone else have this issue?

I had no problems with Firefox ( Mozilla), Perhaps trying another web browser, or signing out and clearing your cache, cookies web history etc might work for you?

It’s also possible that your items might be caught in a review loop since your new, just a wild guess here.

I am having no trouble with the edit, just click on Edit when it appears when I mouse over and the Editor opens…if you are having trouble, might try a clear cache

also with batch edit…I have not trouble

I also noticed that there is updating going on…because there have been changes and I also know that when updates happens, things get a bit glitchy…

usually the clear cache helps when these things happen

Hello [URL removed]

Mine is ok. I use Firefox mostly. In my add/edit dashboard I can see Edit/Delete/Duplicate when I hover over one of my listings. I also have Chrome so that I can check another browser when I have problems. Hope you’ve found a solution. As the others said, review loops and site updating could have been going on.

  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
