Ebay import stalled?

I started importing a couple hours ago. It went to 230 really quickly and then just stopped. I only have 400 listings so I wouldn’t think it would take this long? Thanks!

Hi @kayscrochet,

Welcome to Bonanza! The import process can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours to complete, depending on the number of imports from other sellers that are in the queue and how many items are being copied over. We do not recommend canceling and restarting the import, as this will put you at the back of the queue and may cause additional delays. You can read more about the eBay importer [URL removed]

You should see your items copy to your Bonanza booth shortly. If your listings haven’t imported within the next 24 hours, please let us know at [email protected] so that we can take a closer look on your behalf. Thanks for your patience, and welcome to the Bonanza community!

Okay thanks. Its still stuck at 230 which seems odd.

often takes 24 hours to complete, so one has to be patient…check back in the morning and if the import did not complete, then best to contact support.

Mine stuck too, for long enough that I had to log back in and couldn’t see anything because it was still in progress but no indication that it was. They eventually showed up. Don’t contact support unless you’re still stuck tomorrow- they’ll just prompt you to hand over your credit card info :P
