When I attempt to import (after a long period of not using my Bonanza account), I see the following [URL removed] “Your eBay account is not fully connected. Click here to re-connect your eBay account to take advantage of our new, high speed inventory synchronization.”
I have checked to be sure it is using the correct Ebay account name, and it tells me my account is set up to sync with my Ebay listings, but nothing is being imported – ever. I’ve tried twice over the past 2 weeks. Anyone have any idea what I’m doing wrong here?

It may be that there is an eBay password issue causing a link-up issue between ebay and the Bonanza synchronization. Change the eBay account thatyou have entered into Bonanza (make up a name if you have to), try a manual sync. It WILL fail, of course. Then, change the entered name back to your actual eBay account. It should ask you for your password at that point. Hopefully, everything will then be fixed.
