Hi,
I am a longtime Bonanza seller. I have always imported manually from eBay. I revised listings at eBay a couple of weeks ago and decided to delete my Bonanza listings for a clean import. The problem? Only 201 items imported to Bonanza of 1268 items at eBay. I have not changed my Bonanza settings. I would greatly appreciate any help!
Thank you.

Hello birdhousebooks,
Welcome to the Bonanza Community!
Your Bonanza account should be set to sync with your ebay account, this option is located in your eBay Import Settings.
You can choose to delay any new items we receive from eBay. Some sellers want to review their imported listings before those items are put up for sale on Bonanza.
This option lets you control how long newly imported items will sit in your store before we post them live for buyers to purchase. During this time, you can edit or delete imported items.
You can also visit your booth and click the Update button to manually activate imported items. Here is a link from our Help pages https://support.bonanza.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001111052#postListing
We hope the information we have provided helps!
If you need additional support please email our support team and they will be glad to assist you further. Contact us at [email protected]

Kind Regards

Try using the option to “Reimport new items and override existing items.”
Also, the following info is from the Bonanza eBay importer help [URL removed]
https://support.bonanza.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001111052#whatKinds
“Listings which have not yet been fully indexed on eBay. It can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours for a newly listed item to be fully indexed on eBay. The importer cannot grab items and copy them to your Bonanza booth until the listings have been indexed on eBay. If your booth is set up to automatically sync, the item will be copied to your booth during the following sync once your item has been fully indexed on eBay.
Listings with duplicate titles. Bonanza does not permit duplicate listings (instead, use the inventory control field on the item edit page to indicate there is more than one quantity available). To ensure sellers do not inadvertently violate Bonanza’s duplicate listing policy, the importer will skip items which have duplicate titles. We recommend ensuring all listings have unique titles on eBay prior to importing to Bonanza."

Hi, thank you for replying! I sell vintage items, so no duplicates and nothing that would violate Bonanza policy.
I changed a number of listings at eBay a couple of years ago — that is why I am trying to do a fresh import here. Could those items still not be indexing from eBay after 2 weeks?

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
