Hello all,
I’ve never had this happen, so I thought I’d ask about it here…
I am an eBay seller, and I have my things synced here on Bonanza as well.
Recently, I had an eBay buyer contact me regarding a phone I had for sale. When I answered the question, I sent them a personal offer to buy the phone. eBay has this as an option…I think it’s called “Reply With Offer”.
The phone sold yesterday on eBay (more than 24 hours ago), and today someone off of Bonanza asked me a question about buying the phone. I was a bit startled to find the listing still in my Bonanza booth. I made sure it was no longer on eBay, but it was still showing active on Bonanza. I would think 24+ hours would be enough to have the sites sync up.
Does anyone know if this is a known issue between eBay and Bonanza synced accounts?
Do you have to hand remove items if they’ve been purchased on eBay through a “Reply with Offer” eBay sale?
Thank you!

If a sale is not through the ‘normal’ channels…when in doubt always confirm that a sold item has been removed from other venues…

I’ve been having similar problems for the last few months. When I sell an item on eBay, it doesn’t get removed from my booth on Bonanza as quickly as they used to. When I asked why, I was told that the sync is running slow. It is now a day and a half to 2 days behind and I have to manually check and remove items that sell on the other site and it’s very frustrating. Also, I potentially lose sales because it lags uploading new listings as well. Does anyone know why the sync has been so slow lately and what is Bonanza doing to fix this?
