I offer “free shipping” in my booth. Since it costs less to ship multiple items, will the combined shipping discounts work by lowering the price of the extra items?
For [URL removed]
A buyer buys a dress for $15, a blouse for $10 and a pair of shorts for $8 for a total of $33, all with free shipping. My shipping discount rule says -$1.50 for each additional item after the most expensive. Would Bonanza then figure it out as dress for $15, blouse for $8.50 and shorts for $6.50, for a total of $30?
If not, is there a way to pass the savings on to the customer without going through the offer process or just giving a refund (with money I’ve already been charged fees on)?

The combined shipping discount only discounts any shipping charges you might have on your items. Since you have FREE shipping, there is nothing to discount. But, if you were to charge shipping, then the discount on shipping (after the full amount for the first shipping charge) would apply. Bonanza does not lower the price of your items.

However, you can offer..Spend $xx amount and get either % or $ off the total
Not exactly what you wanted, but can help.
Edit booth options
Discounts & Coupons section
I would also like to suggest that you go the Edit booth options and fill out the information..since there is nothing in you View Booth Details, which includes, policies, overview, shipping and discounts, nor is there anything on your profile page..all these things can help set a customer at ease, being able to find the information.
Welcome to bonanza

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
