How do you void a shipping label and create a new one?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the trouble with your shipping label. Labels purchased on Bonanza can only be voided and refunded from the admin side. If you have not already done so, please contact our support department with the order number for the label you need to void so that we can take care of that for you.
