Commission

Lets say i buy the 13% marketing plan. If 100 people view and I have a 1% click to buy ratio, does that mean that I will only pay the 13% commission correct not .50 per view?

You never pay per view. You only pay when your item sells. At the commission (advertising) rate you selected, you would pay UP TO a maximum of 13%. The % you pay depends on where the buyer comes from. If they come directly to your booth (bypassing Google), then you might be charged a smaller commission. However, the MINIMUM final value fee is $0.50 regardless of how you make the sale.

I’ve always been charged the full amount of advertising I chose no matter how many views or where they came from.

Most of my sales probably came from Google advertising, so I did pay the max commission (mine is set at 9%) on those. However, I have had sales where I pad less than 9% .

I have also had sales where I paid less than the 9%

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
