Charge backs

Please help me. In the last two weeks I have had two sales go through, equalling about $1000.00 and also had two chargebacks on the money for these sales. So the money has been returned to the customer, they also have the item and I get a $30 fee too. I am so upset!
What do I do??

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi Michegray,
Thanks for asking about chargebacks. Bonanza will defend you in all chargeback cases using Direct Checkout. We have sent additional information on this process to you directly.
If you have any other questions you can respond to that email and we would be happy to help.

Where can we find this documentation for future reference?

Hello Shelly, could you please send me some information about how can I use direct checkout instead of PayPal? I had so many PayPal chargebacks on Bonanza. I need some help. I really want to sell on Bonanza, unfortunately PayPal does not offer any seller protection for Bonanza sales

@AngelicPretty I’d like to know more about this, “…unfortunately PayPal does not offer any seller protection for Bonanza sales.”

You need to contact the payer source. If it is paypal give them a call

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
