even after I set it to manual it still did nothing, I thought after I selected manual I’d be able to edit it but it is not working at all

it gave me the remove category tab but there was nothing to edit, the page doesn’t show any of my categories

just checked, categories are back to normal thankfully since I deleted the new one after that glitch & just gave up, not worth the hassle at this point

You have over 2100 items, if You add only few of them to one or two custom categories, then the rest of Your other items will only be visible, when buyers click on “All Items” in Your booth. So, You need to consequently add ALL Your products to suitable custom categories. Good luck!

can’t do any of that if the page does not show up where its supposed to, it never gave me any option like that just a blank useless screen, no boxes nothing

I’m sorry, but You’re contradicting [URL removed] “I was able to add the category I wanted” / “can’t do any of that if the page does not show up”. So, You was able to do it at least once, and if You would keep adding more custom categories the same way You’ve added the first one, ….→

2. “no boxes nothing” – NOBODY has visible ‘boxes’ in the “Manage your custom categories” part of the “Categories & sorting” page, each time we want to add a new CUSTOM category, we have to click on the “Add a new category” link and only then a new ‘box’ to write Your category name appears.

As explained earlier I was able to add a new category which I later removed but it was by typing into an empty box on an otherwise strangely blank page the only area to fill anything in was next to the tab saying add remove eyc. L

I would have preferred a list of all the sections as your example shows to view all & remove or add as desired but it did not show up as such, its a pay to play site & with the free option my tools are limited unless I upgrade to Silver which isn’t happening. Its ok I will continue along

write a whole list but include the new category? & I’m sorry but this most certainly IS a pay to play site, with thousands of items I have never seen such low traffic & most people have never heard of this site

return address labels, links to the shop on the FB page with photos of items, constantly telling people about it & what it is, the positive is that its free but it’d be nice if Bonanza marketed to buyers not only THEIR customers, sellers. just saying, let’s be real about it.
