Hi @ats1321,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the trouble. At this time, Bonanza is not equipped to manage telephone support. You can reach us 7 days a week from the contact link at the bottom of any page.
Bonanza offers a free 30-day trial of the Gold Pro membership to users who subscribe on a month-to-month basis. Sellers who register for the annual plan receive a free 13th month, but the full membership cost is charged up front. It sounds like you may have inadvertently registered for the annual plan. No worries! We’ve cleared the annual Gold Pro membership from your account and have refunded the $290 back to your card on file. It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
We’ve applied a free 30-day trial of the Gold Pro membership to your account so you can test the features and see how the premium memberships can benefit you. We find that ellers who take full advantage of the added features associated with the Gold Pro membership see the most success. You can review the benefits associated with the premium memberships on the following [URL removed]

Hope that helps!

Since you signed up for Gold you should be able to “chat” with a Support member.
At the bottom of this page click on Contact then on Chat.
Good luck!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
