Can i change buyers address with bonanza shipping?

A buyer purchased something from me here, but they are staying someplace else for awile, and they want the pkg. shipped to them at the different address…I tried to purchase bonanza shipping, but it doenst show that i can change the address….does anyone know if there is a way to do this or not?

Unknown, but if you cannot figure it out..I would use the shipnow link in paypal…and fill out the address. It is what I usually do.

Thanks ccmom, that is what i usually do…However, this needs a flat rate A box, and paypal doesn’t have that. and would prefer not to use usps, so the last one left is bonanza shipping. I sent them the question, will see what they say. Thanks!!![URL removed]

Did you use chrome? I tried using clicknship bf. and it would not accept the browser I was using (chrome). and I dont use any other browsers. so i dont know if they changed it or not. Will let me go all the way thru to shipping it then give me some type of error and i have to wait on a refund then.

yes…always use chrome…I do have FF & IE for emergencies..but always use chrome…I always use USPS for Regional rate and padded flat rate…since I cannot use PP for them…Have not used bonz yet…still weighing in on that one

I can experiment at USPS and at PP, without actually having a sale…but can’t really experiment with bonz’s shipping or at least I haven’t found a way yet..and I don’t use what I can’t examine….(too many years of being a researcher)..

lol. Thanks ccmom. I just hate to have to try it again and pay for the label then can’t print it like before. so i think ill just take it into the post office.
