It is a very pretty vase, and the colors are amazing, but i cannot figure out who made it, or what it might be worth. I am hoping some of you experts will be able to tell me. The mark on the bottom was not photographing very well since it is not colored or painted on.

Your vase looks Asian for sure. There is one listed same size and shape on the dark side under Asian Floral Vase.
However, it could be Chinese as the flower could be a peony which is a favorite topic of Chinese art.
You might try Google generic Asian Floral Vase, Chinese, Japanese and see what pops up.
