Buyer wants to return her item she purchased because the glass doesn’t match her set. My items state SALES FINAL..

Before I email the customer I want to know will BONANZA stand behind me or will I end up having to refund anyway? I have never had a return on Bonanza

It is not my fault it doesn’t match her set.

Contact support but know that It will be more determined by what payment venue was used by the buyer than Bonanza.

If you refuse to take returns it could mean you will be out both the money AND the item.

Between you, the buyer and PayPal, since that is the payment option you use. Bonz will facilitate communtications between you and buyer, but does not interfere

Bonanza will more than likely stand behind you, but I do not think they will even get involved since they leave it up to the seller to make their own policies. If they paid with paypal, you may have a problem. You can however dispute it if they do request a return thru paypal, and pp will look at both sides, this is a process so it may take awhile, but they will make the buyer pay for shipping back and they will request a tracking number from the buyer., if they do not receive this within the amount of days they specify to the buyer, you will more than likely win the dispute.

If your customer paid via PayPal, you may have to accept the return regardless of what your return policy is. However, if you accept the return prior to PayPal’s involvement, you may be able to get away with NOT having to refund the original shipping charge. Plus, the buyer pays for shipping back to you. That way, you only lose the sale. Both Bonanza and PayPal will refund their processing fees.

It seems to me if your return policy is clearly stated “all sales final”, and yours are, that should be the end if it. Buyers need to read !!

I agree, but if the buyer officially claims that the item is not as described, PayPal will force the refund.
