I have over 500 items listed on here and have only sold 4 items since February. Do I have some settings wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is difficult to form one response that will work for everyone, as each seller’s situation and business is different.
The areas that we see some of the best opportunity in regards to increasing your sales,
1) Use Item Traits. Research from other sites has shown that items with trait information generally sell 25-35% better than those that don’t.

2)Social Media. Research shows that 70% of business-to-consumer marketers have acquired customers through Facebook or Instagram. There are over 3 billion active users between Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, and we know that word can travel fast!

3) Turbo Traffic is another way that is used by many sellers to increase their sales.
Turbo Traffic is a program Bonanza offers to drive maximum buyer traffic to sellers.
The impact of TurboTraffic will vary from merchant to merchant, depending on their price point and the type of merchandise sold.

Unfortunately Bonanza is very slow. Make sure you’re signed up for at least the 9% advertising level so you’re getting seen on Google shopping. Other than that, you’re probably going to have to advertise your items yourself rather than depend on Bonanza (social media, etc). You can use their free referral link so that you don’t have to pay a selling fee on items that are sold through your direct link.

Definitely slower than what it used to be, but, yes, some sales here and there.

Bonanza is not a very well-known or “often thought of” site yet, but the buyers are coming in one by one.
It helps that some Bonanza items are shown in Google searches. If people search Google for a specific item, the may see the Bonanza link and give us a try. That does seem to be working for some of the collectible and older toy items I have in my booth.
Most ALL my sales are from buyers who have just signed up as a new Bonanza member that day… probably to buy the item they found on Google and want to buy. (Yay!)
Hopefully they will tell their friends.

Sales are very slow here. When I first signed up, I was advertising my items to about 5 or 6 social media sites multiple times a day. In two years, I only sold around 12 items. The main cause is most people don’t know about Bonanza, the site does no self advertising like other sites. It’s really hard (impossible, sometimes) to get any customer support for either buyers or sellers. I switched to another site and am now making consistent sells. This is a well formatted site and it’s a crying shame that the powers that be haven’t put more into it.

Hello! I’m selling nixie tube clocks which are really pretty i think. These clocks can add a relaxed atmosphere for any flat or house so i definitely recommend them for all. [URL removed]
