All items gone 30% off without my help

Today, all of my items have gone on sale for 30% off without my help! I checked and have no ‘coupon’ campaign or any campaigns going. Bonanza ‘help’ takes FOREVER to respond to emails, DAYS. How can I get rid of this ‘30% off’ my items thingy? I had to put my booth on vacation until this matter is resolved….meanwhile I’m losing money. Any help from long time sellers would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @p57rose,

Thanks for your post and so sorry for any trouble you are having! @ArtistsUnion provided great instructions for reversing an item discount. We did also take a look at your advertising [URL removed] [URL removed]

And it looks like you’ve opted into Bonanza Promotions. This could be why your items are showing as discounted.

Promotions enables us to advertise your items to our community of shoppers via email and on-site recommendations. When this option is selected, we may negate your items’ final value fee to offer buyers pricing discounts. We will never discount your item price beyond the fees we would have collected if the item had sold at its full price. For example, if you list an item for $10 and have your advertising commission set to 30%, we may offer buyers a coupon to purchase the item for $8, and reduce your fees owed by $2. Bonanza typically collects little, if any, commission on items sold through Bonanza Promotions. This channel’s purpose is to juice your sales and build repeat customers.

More information can be found [URL removed] [URL removed]

If you’d like to opt out of that advertising channel, simply deselect the checkbox in the “Bonanza Promotions” box on your advertising page.

Hope that information helps and please contact us at [email protected] if you need further assistance.

Interesting. I never knew a seller could opt in for this Will have to give it a look.

I see that as long as the box has a green check mark, I am also doing to Bonanza promotions? How will I know when you are negating my listings to promote?

A Bonanza Workshop with a team member of Bonanza and Bonanza sellers at a scheduled time say, would be excellent. Etsy sets a time such and such day for sort of a quick workshop where they pick a subject to discuss. I’d love to see more involvement this way. Thanks.

In Your batch edit [URL removed] use the Apply Discount % box and write there -30% (it has to be a negative number in order to increase Your prices).

Then choose all Your items and click above on the Apply changes green button.

PS Since I don’t know, how exactly Your items’ prices have been presented, there is also this option Set instant offer [URL removed] % off of the list price in batch edit, so check, which one is suitable in Your case.
