Advertising to ebay from bonanza

Just curious. Bonanza charges 1.5% of the total price of the item if it sell’s at ebay. Which is fine since bonanza will raise the cost of the item to cover that, if I want. But why on the advertising page do I have to go with the standard option which is Ebay and is 13%? I dont think ebay charges 13%. Plus why would i have to open this option on bonanza since bonanza does not collect fee’s for ebay? Again, just curious how this works. Thanks.

Hi The_Lingerie_Lounge,

Thanks for writing and sorry for the confusion surrounding commissions. While you are required to select a maximum commission of 13% to list items to eBay, you will only be charged the 1.5% final value fee for any items sold via eBay advertising.
