Hello @MR_HOVERBOARD,
Thanks for reaching out and apologies for the delay. Our support team is currently receiving lots of love from buyers and sellers during this busy shopping season and we are working hard to answer all inquiries in a timely manner. It sounds like you have already reached out to our support department. One of our team members will be back in touch with you soon. Thanks for your patience!
PS- it really helps if you only submit one request per inquiry. While we are pretty good at merging duplicate tickets together, this takes away from valuable time responding to inquiries. Thanks for your understanding.
Kind regards,
The Bonanza Team

Apparently I have been waiting since October. Wish I had noticed before the free trial web store I signed up for AND got charged $25 for it. Already off to a bad start. ????

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
