#eror 563

last friday i got my booth on hold with #eror 563. i have found the problem and beeing help with bonanza support. He/She told me the step that i must do and i’ve done it. But, until now Wednesday Jan 6 (here in indonesia) my booth still off and #563 still remain. normally, how long is the procces to fixed that problem..??

and, anyone bonanza support that can help Me to reactivate My Booth, please help Me and fix the problem.

We are working hard to review all booths and respond to support inquiries in a timely manner. PS, we recommend only submitting one ticket per inquiry. While we are pretty good at merging support tickets together, this takes away from valuable time in assisting users such as yourself. Thanks for your patience and understanding during this busy time!
