In some peoples’ listings, there is a little box at the top right of the posting that says ‘experienced seller.’ On others, that is not there. Why?
What makes a person ‘experienced’?

I think it has to do with how many of the ‘trustability’ indicators the seller has.

I do know that it used to be a link on our My Bonanza page for a seller to take care of these things
I could be wrong though
*[URL removed]
I think the 3 boxes (sometimes there is only 2 boxes) rotate between Experienced Seller, Feedback, Condition, Returns, Free shipping, etc
I have noticed that those who have Free Shipping have that box more often than any of the others…
I just changed one of my items to Free Shipping and now it says, Free Shipping, Feedback and Returns Accepted, but before the change it said Returns Accepted, Feedback, Experienced Seller. So, it appears it is random information, depending on the listing and experienced seller is added to the options once a certain level has been reached.
Those who say they do not see it on their items..I do, and others who say they have it, I have seen items with out it.

I think it has to do with the number of sales. When I hit 50 completed sales, “experienced” seller starting showing up on my listings.

I think there is something more to it than what is noted above because I do not see “experienced seller” on my listings and I have far more than 50 sales and I have completed the “trustability” list also.
It seems all of these measurements are being put up without a thought as to how it might harm a good seller for no reason at all. Something this simple could deter a buyer from purchasing from one seller over the other, which isn’t right, unless the measurement is truthful. All good sellers should be rewarded, not just a chosen few.

I can see no rhyme or reason behind this.
I randomly checked several of my items and all I get is this " Returns accepted" & “[URL removed] new” – all of which in can be seen in my listing. So I do not see the importance of this section or what purpose it actually serves.
And the only thing I do not have on the “trustability” list is “Have they received personal recommendations?”. So maybe someone could help me with this and we will see what happens (I am only kidding – maybe???).
I also agree with what Grandmas Pantry has to say.
I also have “free shipping” and “paid shipping” – and it makes no difference. I still do not get experienced seller.
Maybe someone from Bonanza can tell us how this is intended to work and for what reason.

Possibly it has something to do with how long you have been selling on Bonanza.
