I dont know, I had the same problem. And my card is good, i even went to the bank, my bank had to call a number when they saw it was rejected thru bonanza, and they told me that bonanza was blocked somehow, so they took the block off, then it was ok, then about a week later it did it again! So, i just had to switch to my paypal debit card, and so far that has been working.

I have the same problem—my card gets rejected by bonanza—I’m frustrated since I haven’t heard back from their help desk in two days.

Just had the same issue. 3 Visa cards were no good. Amex worked. BUT it was my bank (PNC), that had blocked Bonanza for whatever reason. Trying to get them to unblock Bonanza.
