Keith is not aware that USPS Ground Advantage features and includes free pickup service at my home. I am elderly and do not have transportation so this feature was essential to me to continue selling on Bonanza. I told this “Happiness Producer” (definitely a misnomer) that I can no longer sell on Bonanza. I can quite easily ship on ShipStation who asks for my home address for pickup at my home for free while paying for USPS Ground Advantage. Apparently, I offended this “Happiness Producer” as they have kept my shipping fund reserve of $33.91. Bonanza’s verbiage states that I can “withdraw funds” at any time. They are keeping mine. BTW all of my seller fees are paid in full. Anyone else have this happen to them?
