Why when i list on one of my shops does it show active in both?

I have 2 very different shops on Bonanza. one is collectible and the other is handmade bath and body. Recently whenever I list on handmade it automatically shows active in collectible shop. I do not have the shops connected in any way. I do have Ebay active in both but these are listings that have not been sent to Ebay.
Right now I am deactivating each listing one by one. Is there an easier way? I don’t want to delete them for fear they will be deleted from the proper shop.

You have probably used (or at least set) both Bonanza accounts with the same eBay ID (usually leftover from importing from eBay).

Is there any way to change that without loosing listings on both Bonanza and Ebay?

You can either turn off synchronization or remove the eBay token authorization. Neither will affect listings that are already placed.
